I just don't get why women WOULDN'T shave. Yes, I know it's a pain in the butt (if you aren't lucky enough to get electrolosis) but smooth legs are a lot more sexy, I think, than hairy ones.

Why Women Shave Their Legs and Underarms ... During World War II there was a shortage of silk stockings causing many women to shave their legs and to use leg makeup to give the appearance of stockings.
